Meeting with YAM Datin Paduka Tengku Putri Arafiah

Monday, 29th December 2008 - Yang Amat Mulia Datin Paduka Tengku Putri Arafiah Binti Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Alhaj had a meeting with Little Caliphs Kindegarten owners during the 1st of Muharram 1430H. This friendly meeting was to chat and share with YAM Datin Paduka Tengku Putri Arafiah regarding our Little Caliphs Program as a basic foundation to our Muslim childrens' education. YAM Datin Paduka Tengku Putri Arafiah was very delighted to know about our program and we were very honoured having the chance to meet and change ideas with Tengku Putri.

2008 Mega Ihtifal

4 of our Little Caliphs in South Selangor region had organised our very first Mega Ihtifal; Little Caliphs Bandar Seri Putra (LC BSP), Little Caliphs Bandar Baru Bangi (LC BBB), Little Caliphs Nur Iman Sri Serdang(LC NI) and Little Caliphs Puncak Jalil (LC PJ).

Alhamdulillah Praise to Allah, Little Caliphs have successfully completed the 4th Pillars of Islam in the Holy month of Ramadhan 1429. All 5 and 6 years Caliphs have practised hard fasting throughout this month...MashaAllah, well done Caliphs!

Eid Mubarak was celebated together with our 2009 Class Commencement, where 4 awards were given to students in each classes; Best Academic Award, Best Akhlaq Award, Best Creativity Award and Best Participation Award. Students also had the opportunity to show their special talents in our Talent Show segment on this very special day.

We would like to express our greatest appreciations to all LC BSP parents who have sent in variety of delicious food and savoury for our Caliphs to enjoy and share. during this memorable day....May Allah shower you and family with more Rezki and Baraqah.

Little Caliphs program triggers a child's interest in learning and expose them to a different set of social life; rather than home-coach setting. I can see that the staffs love children very much and are friendly towards parents as well. It is not hard to communicate with them and they are willing to be approached at any time. I thank all the staffs for providing all that.

I am impressed to see my daughter solat and reciting Al-Fatihah (to name a few). I like the way academic and religious studies go hand in hand. She enjoys each school sessions and always have stories to tell, songs to sing, etc. This is enough to show that she is gaining knowledge while enjoying herself. It has been a good semester for our daughter in terms of education and Islamic learning. I am grateful to the Little Caliphs team for instilling the children into becoming Caliphs of the future.

The Litte Caliphs Program is very good as it integrates the academic with Islamic knowledge, plus their medium of communication is English. My son is very happy going to school everyday. As for me if my son is happy I am happy as well.

Harris is becoming more 'frequently ask questions' towards every single issue. He can now differentiate what is the word in English and what is in Bahasa Malaysia. He is like a guide towards his elder brother in Islamic ways. I am very proud of Harris and really impressed by the way LC BSP conveys both academic and Islamic knowledge to all these children. Keep up the good work and I should congratulate all teachers involve. I hope to see Harris's graduation ceremony before he enters the primary school.

Malay Reading Competition

26th July 2008 - LC Malay Reading Competition, organised by LC Tadika Khalifah Kecil was held in UKM. Alhamdulillah, our Maisarah Rasyiqah has won 3rd place for Level 1 (5 years old category) and M. Harith Anaqi won 2nd place for Level 2 (6 years old category). We are all proud of them and also the rest of our Little Caliphs who have been selected to represent our kindi for the competition. It wasn't easy to stand infront of audiences!!! Well done children. We're very proud of you.
